Is Your "Free" Template Costing You Jobs?
Most free templates are just blank lists. They don’t calculate taxes, they don’t separate labor from materials, and they definitely don’t protect your profit margin.
The Pro-Contractor Estimation Suite is different. It’s not just a spreadsheet; it’s a Bid Generator. It uses pre-built formulas to ensure every penny is accounted for before you send the quote to your client.
Everything You Need to Win More Bids:
✅ Profit Protection Engine: Just enter your desired margin (e.g., 20%), and the sheet automatically calculates the final client price. Never underbid again.
✅ Industry Standard CSI Codes: Pre-loaded with MasterFormat divisions (Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing) so your bids look professional and organized.
✅ Material & Labor Breakdown: Separate inputs for hours and unit costs give you total accuracy.
✅ Fully Customizable: It’s standard Excel (.xlsx). Add your logo, change the colors, and make it your own in seconds.
